Our promise: delivery, not opinion
We guarantee that your reading is delivered and that it's technically sound. We don't guarantee that you'll personally agree with every interpretation — that's the nature of any reading, written or oral.
When you get an automatic, no-questions-asked full refund
- Your PDF didn't arrive within 24 hours of payment. Even though delivery normally takes under 10 minutes, we hold ourselves to a 24-hour guarantee.
- Your file is corrupted (won't open, missing pages, etc.) and a re-generation doesn't fix it.
- Your reading was generated with wrong birth data — wrong date, wrong city, a typo on our side. We re-generate first; refund if that doesn't satisfy you.
- You were accidentally charged twice or for an order you didn't authorize.
When we evaluate refund requests case-by-case
If you feel a section of your reading doesn't resonate, write to us first. We'll review the reading personally. Depending on the situation, we may:
- Re-generate the affected section at no charge.
- Offer a partial refund.
- In rare cases, issue a full refund.
What we don't issue is an automatic full refund just because someone changed their mind after receiving the file. Each reading consumes real compute and care, and the PDF is permanently yours once delivered.
How to request
Reply to your order confirmation email, or write to support@cosmicblueprint.co with your order number. We respond within 24 hours and resolve most issues without needing to involve your bank.
How long refunds take
We process approved refunds within 2 business days. The refund appears on your card 3–5 business days after we initiate it (Stripe and your bank handle the actual transfer).
Chargebacks
If you ever feel a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — chargebacks filed without contacting support cost both sides time and money, and we'd much rather resolve things directly.
