What we collect

To compute your natal chart we collect: your first name, email address, date and time of birth, and place of birth (city, latitude, longitude, timezone). For paid orders, Stripe handles your card information directly — we never see or store card numbers, CVV codes, or full billing addresses.

How we use it

• Email: to deliver your PDF reading and respond to support requests.
• Birth data: to compute your chart. Used at the moment of order, not for ongoing analytics.
• Order history: retained so we can re-send your PDF if you lose it.

What we don't do

We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing. We don't track you across the web with cookies. We don't have an analytics SDK that profiles your behaviour.

Service providers

To run the service we use: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (the AI model that generates the interpretive text from your chart data), and GeoNames (city autocomplete). Each receives only the minimum information they need to perform their function.

Deletion

Email support@cosmicblueprint.co at any time to request full deletion of your data. We'll confirm within 7 days.
